FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves draining pancreatic duct lumen with silicon tube at the first stage. Connective tissue canal formed around the tube is exposed on 4 cm long extent 30 days later after the first operation. The connective tissue canal is separated from the anterior abdominal wall. The silicon tube is introduced into the intestine through a pierce in its wall. Interrupted sutures are placed between intestine wall near the pierce and wall of the connective tissue canal formed around the tube.
EFFECT: reliable anastomosis; undisturbed blood supply in intact pancreas portion.
