FIELD: food industry; chemical industry; distillery industry; other industries; methods and the devices for the shut heating of the distillation columns at production of the ethyl alcohol.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods and the devices for the shut heating of the distillation columns at production of the ethyl alcohol, predominantly of the distillation column and may be used in the food industry, chemical and other industries. The method of the shut heating of the distillation column provides for feeding of the steam in the water boiler having the tubular heating surface, feeding the distillery dregs in it by gravity flow from the distillation column, heating of the distillery dregs to the boiling temperature, its circulation by the pump from the lower part of the water boiler into its upper part and the overheat of the secondary steam formed at the distillery dregs boiling. At that the steam is fed inside the tubes of the coiled pipes, which form the tubular heating surface of the water boiler, and the distillery dregs is fed into the intertubular space of the water boiler up to the full-immersion in it of the tubes of the coilers. At that the secondary steam overheat is exercised in the steam superheater. The device for the shut heating of the distillation column contains the water boiler, which body is equipped with the fitting pipes for feeding and withdrawal of the distillery dregs and the steam and withdrawal of the secondary steam, and the tubular heating surface located inside it. Besides the device is supplied with the steam superheater located over the water boiler and connected with it. The tubular heating surface is formed by the vertical rows of the horizontal in parallel located tubes of the coilers. At that in the upper part of the body there is the falling plate, to the cover of the device the baffle is fixed, and walls have the rectangular form. Realization of the presented method of the heating of the distillation column and usage of the device for its implementation exclude the scale formation on the internal surface and diminish the scale formation on the external surfaces of the tubes thereby increasing the service life and reliability of the water boiler. Thus the design solution of the presented device ensures simplicity of its mounting and dismantling, and also the fast replacement of the tubes at their wearing, that eliminates the necessity of replacement of the water boilers with the new water boilers.

EFFECT: the invention allows to exclude the scale formation on the internal surfaces of the tubes, to diminish the scale formation on the external surfaces of the tubes, to increase the service life and reliability of the water boiler, to simplify design of the presented device, its mounting and dismantling and the fast replacement of the tubes at their wearing, so eliminating the necessity of replacement of the water boilers with the new water boilers.
