FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol industry. Method for combined production of alcohol and distillate is carried out by digestion of ethanol from wort in mash column, transition of alcohol and accompanying impurities to distillate with steam, purification of latter in epuration column, rectification of epurate in an alcohol column with extraction of fractions of fusel oil, fusel alcohol and unpasteurised alcohol, concentration of said fractions in the fuselage column, additional extraction of methanol and head impurities in the final purification column, fractionation of fractions containing head and intermediate compounds in an accelerating column, wherein the product is further purified from organic acids and other tail impurities, the grain distillate is removed from one of the wort-preheater sections, stabilization of its strength and chemical composition with blending with fractions taken from liquid phase of medium concentration plates of fuselage column or other semi-products and ozonization of obtained blend in reactor under action of ultrasonic vibrations.

EFFECT: method enables to remove more impurities from the wort-rectification system and obtain products of better quality.
