FIELD: rubber industry; other industries; waste tires reprocessing lines.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to reprocessing of the waste and rejected tires with the textile and metallic cord and to reprocessing of other rubber articles. The tires reprocessing line includes the connected by the transportation means device for cutting the waste tires for the tire- tread strip and the side strips, the comminution device made in the form of the disk cutter gear and the collector. The line is supplied with the aggregate for comminution of the tire- tread with the metal-cord on its external and internal sides, which has the fitting pipe for feeding of the cooling liquid and the fitting pipe for the pulp withdrawal into the slurry pipeline and the collector. The line is also supplied with the aggregate for comminution of the tire-tread with the textile cord for production of the chips with the cord inclusions and which has the fitting pipe for withdrawal of the chips with the cord inclusions into the slurry pipeline and to the centrifuge; and has the aggregate for comminution of the tire side strips preliminary grouped as the pack of the similar size for production of the mixed chips with the textile cord inclusions. This aggregate has the fitting pipe for removal of the chips in the form of the pulp in the slurry pipeline and further - in the collector and to the centrifuge, from which the cooling liquid through the collectors and the pump returns in the fitting pipes for feeding of the cooling water in the aggregates for comminution.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of reprocessing of the waste and rejected tires with the textile and metallic cord and other rubber articles.
