FIELD: tyre processing. SUBSTANCE: the tyre processing line has tyre cutting machine 2 with drive cutting rolls and hopper 3 at its outlet connected by conveying devices. The line has preliminary tyre grinding machine 11, whose body accommodates a drive rotor with cutting members and a hearth plate having teeth facing it, hopper 17 and a unit for production of fine-disperse crumb, consisting of fine-disperse mills 22, 24, 30. Mills 22, 24 are installed in succession. Mill 22 is connected to preliminary tyre grinding machine 11 by means of conveying device 20. Mill 24 is connected to crumb sifter 25. Mill 30 is installed in parallel with mills 22, 24 and connected to crumb sifter 25 by means of conveying device 27, 28. Each of mills 22, 24, 30 is made in the form of drive and stationary faceplates with blades attached to them and facing one another, installed in the body. The line uses magnetic device 19 installed between preliminary tyre grinding machine 11 and mill 22 over conveying device 18. The line is furnished with an additional unit for production of fine-disperse crumb, installed in parallel with the main unit, and an additional preliminary tyre grinding machine installed in parallel with the first machine. Each machine has feeders located between its inlet and hopper. Cooled multilevel vibrating chute 15 and additional hopper 15 are installed at the outlet. The line is furnished with distributing device 7 installed above hoppers 9 of the preliminary tyre grinding machines. The line is provided with conveyer 6 for feeding of tyre pieces. Preliminary tyre grinding machines 11 and mills 22, 24, 30 are furnished with textile cord suction systems. The inlets of hoppers 9 are furnished with screens 8. The line is furnished with an additional magnetic device. The main and additional magnetic devices are made in the form of several magnetic separators installed at a different height above conveying device 18. The first magnetic separator is located above the last one. The line may be serviced without its stoppage. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, high efficiency. 9 cl, 11 dwg
