FIELD: utilization of worn tyres. SUBSTANCE: tyre utilization line includes tyre crushing machine, machine for making coarse rubber crumb and machine for making finely dispersed rubber crumb; machines are connected by means of transport unit; crumb making machines are provided with textile cord sucking systems; magnetic unit is mounted between machines above transport unit. Line is additionally provided with tyre radial breaking machine and additional machine for separation of metal part of bead ring. These machines are connected with tyre crushing machine by means of transportation units. Line is provided with additional magnetic unit mounted above transport unit after finely dispersed crumb making machine. Line is provided with additional textile cord separating units mounted after magnetic separators. Textile cord suction system is made in form of mechanical plenum- exhaust ventilation system.
