SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the brush-type charges made out of ballistite solid rocket propellant with the igniter. The igniter contains the batch fitting of the smoky rifle blasting powder in the casing located in the central cavity of the internozzle space of the back head of the engine. The igniter batch fitting contains the coarse fraction of the smoky rifle blasting powder, the mass share of which in the batch fitting is determined by the given ratio. The invention improves reliability of the charge operation at the negative temperature of the surrounding medium.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved reliability of the charge operation at the negative temperature of the surrounding medium.
