FIELD: process for hydraulic extraction of kerogen in super-critical conditions and apparatus for performing the same.

SUBSTANCE: method according to one variant of invention comprises steps of mixing disintegrated raw material of combustible shale with hot organic solvent being mixture of low boiling solvent and H-donating solvent for forming suspension; converting kerogen by means of H-donating distillate at super-critical conditions for organic solvent in order to transform kerogen to stable oil raw material; extracting solvent out of suspension at super-critical temperature and pressure values for producing final oil product and solid phase; filtering prepared oil products; subjecting fraction of mean distillate to hydrogenation in order to produce H-donar for kerogen conversion; extracting waste shale and separating solid solvent from solid particles of combustible shale.

EFFECT: possibility of effective extraction of kerogen out of combustible shale in the form of stable oil product.
