FIELD: powder metallurgy; methods of the gas-flame spraying of the metallic powder materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the powder metallurgy, in particular, to the method of the gas-flame spraying of the metallic powder materials and may be used at manufacture of the products with coatings in the different branches of mechanical engineering and instrument engineering. The method includes injection in the flame formed at combustion of acetylene and oxygen of the jet consisting of the transported gas and the being sprayed metallic powder. The jet is protect by the noble gas, which is fed at the space of 30-90 mm from the shear of the nozzle of the gas-flame burner along the periphery of the sprayed stream with the angle of inclination of the generatrix of the stream of the inert protective gas to the axis of the jet of 10°- 35° and at the rate of 0.3 - 0.5 m3/h. In the capacity of the inert gas they use nitrogen or argon. As a result the invention allows to produce the coatings with the high strength of adhesion with the basis.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the coatings with the high strength of adhesion with the basis.
