FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas-thermal technologies and can be used for application of powder coatings by low-speed gas-flame spraying. Method for gas-flame spraying of powder material to obtain coating on nickel base by means of thermal sprayer includes activation of flame formed during combustion of acetylene and oxygen, and supply of powder material under cut of nozzle of thermal sprayer, wherein the activating additive used is aqueous ammonia solution, and activation of the flame is carried out by feeding the activating additive to thermal contact with the core of the main flame through a thermal dissociator, installed coaxially inside the central channel of the thermal sprayer, wherein depth of its penetration into high-temperature core of main flame is controlled.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of powder coatings of surfaces of parts of machines and tools.
