SUBSTANCE: locking-sealing device comprises body and piece of rope, one end of which is passive, and the second free end equipped with tip is pulled through inlet and outlet holes of body and throughput channel arranged in between to form loop, and is fixed in it when closed by means of locking mechanism with blocking spring, arranged in body closed by cover, having frontal and side faces, besides locking mechanism has two fixing elements installed in separator, interacting with inclined faces of body cavity. According to invention fixing elements are arranged in the form of wedge-like cams, and separator is arranged as composite, having upper and lower parts, besides upper part is represented by spring holder interacting with cams, and lower part is arranged in the form of plate with axial hole and bent edge towards cover fixed on body parallel to back frontal face of body, which bears spring holder lever, arranged in the form of plate with cut, and blocking spring is installed in open slot of body, with support into lower wall of groove.

EFFECT: improved security properties and reliable closing of device, reliable protection of object and convenience in operation.
