FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ironmongery, particularly, to locking-sealing devices. Proposed method of locking flexible locking-sealing device comprising, at least, one preliminary locking element 14 loaded by spring 13, consists in passing section of cable 2 through locking assembly of the object to be locked and sealed, inlet hole 4, chamber 12 and outlet hole 11, along with shifting locking element 14 to form minimum-size loop. Then aforesaid section of cable 2 is pre-locked and locking element 14 is pre-stressed. Aforesaid pre-stressing is carried out by releasing potential power of compressed locking spring 24 arranged in chamber of casing 12 for movable support 25. Note that the force of locking spring 24 exceeds that of pre-locking spring 13. Note also spring holder of locking spring 24 is knocked out from casing 3.
EFFECT: simplified method, ease of use.
