FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for damping vibrations of vehicle power units. Proposed hydraulic vibration-isolating base of power unit contains working and compensating chambers filled with damping liquid and limited by support plate, elastic shell and elastic diaphragm. Diaphragm has spherical part and at least three throttling holes with higher roughness inner surface. Shell is made in form of solid of revolution with conical inner and outer surface. Diaphragm is made in form of rubberized cord shell of equal thickness symmetrical relative to vertical axis and formed by combination of conical and spherical sections surfaces. Housing of base is made in form of intercoupled lower cylindrical part and upper conical part against which shell thrusts. Diaphragm with spherical part arranged in lower part of housing separates housing from damping liquid filled into compensating chamber. Elastic spherical member and attachment member are arranged in bottom of housing. Elastic member is made of elastomer whose rigidity is equal to rigidity of diaphragm. Support plate contains attachment member in upper, and rod with spherical head on end engaging with spherical part of elastic diaphragm in lower part.
EFFECT: improved damping characteristics, increased service life of hydraulic vibration-isolating base.
