This is achieved by the fact that in the soundproof enclosure with the vibration isolation system made in the form of the rectangular parallelepiped, which covers the process equipment, the process equipment is installed on at least four vibration-proof supports, which are based on the bridging of the building, where the clearance between the base of the process equipment and the cutoff in the lower face of the rectangular parallelepiped is designed in order to prevent the transmission of vibrations from the process equipment to the soundproof enclosure of the casing, and to provide the required microclimate during carrying out the process, the fan is installed inside the casing, and in the soundproof enclosure the ventilation ducts are made in order to eliminate overheating of the equipment, while the internal walls of the ventilation ducts are treated with the sound-absorbing material and with the acoustically transparent material such as "poviden" one, in order to reduce the aerodynamic noise of the ventilation system, the noise mufflers are installed in the casing, they are installed respectively on the inlet and outlet ventilation ducts, while on the inner surface of the soundproofing enclosure the sound-absorbing element in the form of the smooth and perforated surface is fixed, between which the multi-layer sound-absorbing structure is located.
