FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic vibration-isolating bases used for damping vibrations created by operating power units of vehicles. Proposed vibration-isolating base has liquid-filled working and compensating chambers 1 and 8 limited by housing 7 with fitted-in dividing partition 6 provided with ring space 12 and restriction channels 4 communicating ring space 12 with said chambers 1, 8. Working chamber 1 is limited by support plate 3 with displacer 13 and elastic shell 2, and compensating chamber 8 by elastic diaphragm 9. Restriction channels 4 adjoin tangentially ring space 12 and working and compensating chambers 1, 8 Diffuser channels 5 are made in middle part of dividing partition 6 to communicate working and compensating chambers 1, 8. Peripheral part 8b of compensating chamber 8 is torous-shaped, tangentially adjoining diffuser channels 5. Dividing partition 6 is provided with axial channel 14 whose inner surface is made conical, with cut screw groove. Vertex of cone is pointed to side of support plate 3. Elastic element 15 is arranged between pan 11 and elastic diaphragm 9. Rigidity of elastic element is equal to rigidity of pneumatic spring formed by air space 10.
EFFECT: improved damping characteristics of vibration-isolating base, increased dissipation of vibration energy.
