FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration support includes working and compensation chambers filled with damping liquid and restricted with a common housing. A separating partition wall with an annular cavity and throttle channels is fixed in the housing. The working chamber is restricted with a support plane with a displacer element fixed on it and an elastic shell, and the compensation chamber is restricted with a membrane. In middle part of the separating partition wall there are channels of a diffuser type. The displacer element is made in the form of a rotation body restricted with upper and lower horizontal planes. Partition wall has an axial channel, the inner surface of which is conical and provided with a helical groove cut on it. Between a tray and an elastic membrane there is an elastic element, the stiffness of which is equal to stiffness of a pneumatic spring formed with an air cavity. Each of the vibration isolators is made in the form of two elastic rings connected to each other with two elastic diametrically located elements with a through central slot. Cavities formed with elastic rings are filled with an elastic damping meshed element that is reinforced and made from a meshy frame filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: improvement of damping characteristics of a vibration support.
