FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: support includes working and compensation chambers filled with damping liquid and restricted with a support plane, and elastic shell, a diaphragm and a common housing. A separating partition wall with one inner cavity and throttle channels is fixed in the housing. The inner cavity is sphere-shaped and adjoins the throttle channels having tangential outlets into the chambers. Elastic shell is made in the form of a rotation body, the inner surface of which is formed with spherical surface. Elastic diaphragm is made in the form of a rubber-cord shell of similar thickness, which is symmetrical relative to vertical axis and formed with a combination of conical and spherical sections of surfaces. To lower flange of the housing there attached is a base made in the form of an annular plate connected to a round disc by means of three ribs. On the round disc there fixed is a cone-shaped elastic element, the stiffness of which is equal to stiffness of elastic diaphragm. Each of vibration insulators is made in the form of at least two flat elastic coaxially located rings, the cavities between which are filled with elastic damping meshed element that is reinforced and made from meshy frame filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: improving damping characteristics and increasing support service life.
