FIELD: medical biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and kit for determination of functional activities of acidic and basic proteinases. Claimed method includes IgG sorption on microarray, incubation of proteinase-containing solutions in microarray cells at pH sufficient for action of said enzyme, and determination of enzyme activity based on decreasing of sorbed IgG amount determined by conjugate of anti-IgG antibodies with peroxydase. Kit contains microarray with sorbed IgG preparation, conjugate peroxydase with anti-IgG antibodies, substrate buffer, and standard proteinase samples. Claimed method and kit are useful in determination of proteinase activity in biological fluids, pure preparations or complex mixtures.
