SUBSTANCE: method involves additionally determining main blood plasma eosinophil cationic protein concentration using immune chemiluminescence method. The concentration being greater than 8ng/ml, intravascular leukocyte activation is to be diagnosed in patients having no allergic diseases in anamnesis distinguished by marked cell-mediated (eosinocytic) reactivity phase.

EFFECT: high accuracy in diagnosing intravascular leukocyte activation; detectable critical stages of systemic inflammatory organism response development stages.
