SUBSTANCE: method involves determining myoglobin and troponin-I Troponin-I level being equal to 0.2-1 ng/ml and/or myoglobin level being equal to 60-800 ng/ml with the exception of the first 4 days after direct massive muscle tissue injury, polyorganic insufficiency development conclusion is drawn in septic and aseptic diseases associated with inflammatory systemic response syndrome. Troponin-I level being higher than 10 ng/ml, large focus myocardial infarction development as secondary complications.
