Troponin-I level being from 0.2 to 1 ng/ml shows myocardial microinjuries development. Troponin-I level being from 1 to 10 ng/ml, points out to focal destructive myocardial changes availability. Troponin-I level being higher than 10 ng/ml, large focus myocardial infarction development as secondary complications. Myoglobin level being higher than 800 ng/ml, unfavorable prognosis of septic and aseptic diseases associated with inflammatory systemic response syndrome.
