FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes the method for detecting the presence of hypercoagulation and intravascular coagulation activation in the patients with newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukaemia by laboratory examination of von Willebrand factor antigen, thrombomodulin, D-dimers wherein the presence of high-probability hypercoagulation and intravascular coagulation activation is stated with no examinations of a variety of the plasma haemostasis values, such as prothrombin ratio, the concentration of fibrinogen and soluble fibrin complexes, euglobulin clot lysis time, antithrombin III activity, protein C, plasminogen and f. VIII deviations of which ccharacterize hypercoagulation, if the above markers of endothelial dysfunction exceeding 152% (OB:Ag) and 3.99 ng/ml (TM) and increasing D-dimers to 2001-2500 ng/ml.
EFFECT: stating the presence of hypercoagulation and intravascular coagulation activation in the patients with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia with no infectious complications accompanying the diagnosis of the disease.
