FIELD: measuring equipment engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for registration of impulse electric signals contains information slowing micro-strip line, made on dielectric board, branches of which through corresponding keys, made on UHF-diodes, are connected to corresponding selection and storage elements, connected through serially connected expanders and multi-input commutator to corresponding inputs of multi-bit analog-digital converter, control inputs of keys through communication elements are connected to branches of suspended coplanar line of gating signal, made on the same dielectric board as information slowing micro-strip line and positioned in parallel to axis of information slowing micro-strip line. Information slowing micro-strip line suspended coplanar line of gating signal are made on different sides of dielectric board, central conductor of suspended coplanar line of gating signal, positioned in the gap of screen conductors, forms a line with wave resistance, equal to required for gating signal line, one of screen conductors of suspended coplanar line of gating signal is the reverse conductor of information slowing micro-strip line, central conductor of suspended coplanar line of gating signal is at a distance from edge of information slowing micro-strip line, which is commensurable with mounting dimensions of UHF-diodes of keys, and capacity connection between information slowing micro-strip line and suspended coplanar line of gating signal is realized by capacities, formed by central conductor of suspended coplanar line of gating signal and contact areas, positioned above suspended coplanar line of gating signal in plane of information slowing micro-strip line in locations, where UHF-diodes of keys are included in information slowing micro-strip line.

EFFECT: increased boundary frequency of device and increased technological effectiveness of design.
