FIELD: technologies for digital processing of signals, in particular, for marking events with a timestamp.

SUBSTANCE: technical effect is achieved, because events in the flow are marked with a timestamp. In one variant of realization, circuit for marking with a timestamp may detect events of interest, for example, interruption signals, conflict resolution signals. In response to detection of such an event, circuit for marking with a timestamp may preserve the timestamp for that event. Requesting side, for example, processor, may request the timestamp marking circuit to mark the time of an event. Requesting side may, after that, correct processing speed associated with generation of such events, on basis of extracted timestamps.

EFFECT: possible correction of flow processing speed.
