SUBSTANCE: canned food has preliminarily blanched quail meat or raw meat material used in predetermined ratio and containing quail meat in an amount of from 50% to 95% by weight of raw meat material, vegetable oil, protein-containing raw animal material, groats, salt, flavor additive, and water.
EFFECT: baby's canned food balanced as to amino acid, vitamin and microelement content, and prolonged shelf life of canned food under room temperature conditions.
