FIELD: food industry, namely, technology for producing meat products for early age children.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains blanched turkey meat, with ratio of turkey meat and water ranging from 1:1,4 to 1:1,5, vegetable oil, semolina, rice or oat-flakes, dry undiluted milk, salt, water, taste-aromatic emulsion. The latter includes ether oil of fennel, ether oil of caraway, lecithin, special gum, pectin. Composition additionally contains blanched chicken liver, beef heart, beef tongues, sinewy beef or potato starch. Components of composition are mixed until homogeneous mass is produced, heated up to temperature 90°C±5C, then it is dispatched for forming and sterilization.
EFFECT: possible production of product for feeding children older than 6 months, having balanced amino acid, vitamin compositions, microelements, with possible storage during long time spans at room temperature.
