SUBSTANCE: claimed canned products contain fish fillet, vegetable oil, desiccated milk, gustatory additives, and water. As gustatory additives table salt and spice-aromatic emulsion is used. Moreover milk butter, buckwheat or rice flour also are used in specific ratio. Target product contains (mg/100 g of finished product): calcium 20-33; vitamins B1 0.03-0.06; B2 0.04-0.07; PP 0.51-1.15.
EFFECT: enhanced assortment of fish canned foodstuffs for infant nutrition.
