FIELD: food processing industry, in particular meat-based composition for production of tender age infant formulae.
SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains preliminary heat treated poultry meat and vegetables, semolina or rice flour, or oak flake, vegetable oil, salt, and water. As meat composition contains turkey meat blanched with vegetables at 80-100°C for 5-20 min in ratio of meat-and-vegetable raw materials and water from 1:1,4 to 1:2,0. Additionally composition contains desiccated milk, flavoring emulsion, comprising dill essential oil, caraway essential oil, lecithin, xantal gum, and pectin. All component are taken in specific ratio, wherein qualitative and quantitative component selection makes it possible to conserve nutritional value of components, to improve ratio of protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, potassium as well as vitamins in finished product.
EFFECT: composition adapted to tender age infant metabolism, having prolonged storage time at room temperature.
