SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cutting and roasting hen meat in melted butter, cutting and freezing beans, cutting, frying onions in melted butter and reducing upon a chopper, frying wheat flour. One should mix onions, wheat flour, bone broth, common salt and red pepper to obtain the sauce. Then it is necessary to pack hen meat, beans and sauce followed by sealing and sterilization. The obtained canned food is of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
