SUBSTANCE: syndactylous parts of fingers at the level of distal edge of syndactylism and the bottom of inter-finger space should be widened in frontal plane up to the sizes being equal to D (¶/2 + 1), where D - the diameter of one of syndactylous fingers in sagittal plane at every level. In course of separating the fingers at volar and rear surfaces one should fulfill per 2 incisions meeting in 1 point being equal by the value and the distance between their starting points and the width of the bottom of one of the fingers. The innovation prevents the relapse due to obtaining a skin reserve.
