SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to reconstructive plastic and paediatric surgery, traumatology and orthopaedics, and concerns low-traumatic surgical management of patients with congenital bullous epidermolysis with deformations of hands and feet. Method involves separation of fibrous adhesions in hands and feet to level of normal derma using a "mosquito" type of clamp without performing incisions with a scalpel and wound plastics, which are spontaneously epithelised in 4–5 weeks with using multilayer mesh and ointment dressing and infusion therapy.

EFFECT: method provides reducing traumatism of surgical treatment by sparing tissue exposure without damaging normal derma and deep finger structures when using a "mosquito" type clamp, reduced total time of surgical intervention by using only one instrument, reduces the probability of bleeding due to layer-by-layer separation of tissues, as well as reduced frequency of dressings and the need for general anaesthesia by using multilayer dressings.
