FIELD: pipeline fittings, namely cutting-off devices with shut-off member performing sliding motion along seat surface between inlet and outlet ducts and with rotary shut-off member, particularly used in technological lines of gas fields for closing and controlling flow of transported fluid.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing with flow-through duct and opening provided in seat. Flat slide valve having opening and sealing surface and joined with rod of drive unit and also rotary shut-off organ are mounted in seat. Shut-off organ includes two mutually coupled dampers. One damper is dead; other damper has releasing opening. Shut-off organ is arranged on axis outside zone of flow-through duct and it is fixed in open position. Rod is provided with stepped sleeve embracing it. Said sleeve is mounted with possibility of axial motion and fixation in limit positions. Less diameter step of sleeve is provided with groove. Rotary shut-off organ is mounted with possibility of engaging with said groove. Dead damper is in the form of fork lever. Groove of stepped sleeve is through one and it is arranged on end surface. Rod of drive at side of damper has dents that may engage with fork lever. Rod of drive is built-up one, it includes rod itself and additional rod. Both parts of rod are mutually joined through elastic member.

EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, improved repair ability, increased useful life period of apparatus.
