FIELD: mechanic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and to tripping facilities with cutoff members, in particular. It is designed for installation in process lines of gas fields to cutoff and control flow rate of transferred medium. Gate-type slide valve connected with drive pin, bushing and rotating locking element are installed in unit body having inlets and outlets and port in seat. Rotating locking element is outside the area of port. Sealing surfaces of gate-type slide valve and seat are made tight within the whole range of controlling. Groove is available towards the pin in gate-type slide valve. It connects inlet with slide gate port. Sealing element is installed at pin end from slide valve side to ensure slide valve groove closing when unit is closed. Rotating locking element is made with stop. There is a ledge at gate-type slide valve end opposite to pin to enable its interaction with rotating locking element stop when unit is closed.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability; and cutoff and control unit operation durability.
