FIELD: the invention refers to measuring technique and may be used for measuring length of easy-to-deform materials in knitwear manufacture, clothing manufacture and in textile production.
SUBSTANCE: the length tester has a driver and a mechanism for feeding and displacement of material, a driving measuring conveyor belt with a driving and non-drive roller provided with a transformer of linear displacements which has a shutting disk with marks and an optronics length sensor. Besides the length meter has a system of dynamic correction of the measuring results, a non-drive conveyor belt installed mirror-like over the driving measuring conveyor, a recording block of the current value of the length, a block of correction of the measuring results connected with their inputs with the optronics sensor of linear displacements and a control block with the input of the block of correction of the measuring results commuted with a processor. At that the shutting disk of the transformer of linear displacements is located on the driven roller of the driving conveyor belt installed on the input in the direction of the movement of the material. The non-drive conveyor belt is fulfilled with fastening of one of the rollers providing possibility of its turning relatively to the axle of the fastening of the other roller. The means of dynamic correction of the length measuring results are commuted with the processor with the aid of the control block and a microcontroller via one commutation line naturally, and via another one - via a block of time delay of the control signal.
EFFECT: increases accuracy of measuring the length of moving materials and reliability of the work of the measuring system which helps to increase the coefficient of using material at its processing into finished product.
