FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to dissect skin in projection of elbow artery in the inferior third of the forearm, dissect layer-by-layer soft tissues to lance the elbow artery and apply a cryoapplicator onto it to fulfill cryoimpact at duration of applications being 10 sec at -186°C. After that the cryoapplicator should be removed out of the wound to apply sutures. The innovation in question enables to reconstruct the activity of autonomic nervous system and nasal protective function.
