SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition comprising Gly(A21),Arg(B31),Arg(B32)-human insulin, at least one chemical substance chosen from polyatomic alcohols and their ester and ethers, at least one preserving agent and water wherein pH of this pharmaceutical composition is in acid region (pH 1-6.8). The claimed composition possesses the enhanced stability and resistance against aggregation in storage, prolonged effect period that provides administration of the claimed composition once for 24 h.
