FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, mechanical working of openings of sleeves and engine cylinders.
SUBSTANCE: tool includes body with central opening where rod and working antifriction and deforming members are arranged. Working deforming members are in the form of deforming turns of helical cylindrical spring. Working antifriction members are in the form of turns with antifriction coating of helical cylindrical spring. Said two helical cylindrical springs are made of elastic metallic wire and they are mounted according to condition of alternation in tool lengthwise direction of deforming turns and turns with antifriction coating. Ends of helical cylindrical springs are secured to body and to rod. The last has helical groove where pin secured to body is arranged according to condition of performing rod rotation relative to lengthwise axis of body in order to provide combination tool introducing into worked opening and its radial feed.
EFFECT: improved quality and enhanced efficiency of working.
