FIELD: food industry, canned food industry.

SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food for cosmic nutrition should be manufactured due to cutting and reducing goose meat upon a chopper, blanching and reducing onions upon a chopper; rice should be cooked till a 2-fold increase of its mass to be fried in melted butter and reduced upon a chopper, fresh grains of green peas should be frozen and reduced upon a chopper. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with bone broth, common salt and a CO2-extract of the preset micromycete type biomass; the mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized. This enables to obtain new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
