FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by cutting, frying and mincing of mutton, cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing garlic and onions, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes, freezing and mincing dill, boiling oat till double increase in weight and mincing it. The listed ingredients are mixed with sour cream, bone broth, salt and CO2-biomass extract of the specified micromicet type. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased assimilability compared to similar culinary dish.
