FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: proposed preserve food is prepared as follows: mutton is cut, fried in melted butter and minced; onions, garlic, olives and grapes are cut, sautéed in melted butter and minced; potatoes are cut, blanched and minced; fresh green peas and green vegetables are frozen and minced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with red table wine, bone broth, tomato paste, culinary salt and CO2-extracts of the specified species myxomycetes biomass and medium-hot red pepper. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
