SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared by cutting, sauteing in melted butter and mincing onion, cutting, blanching and mincing cherry plums, freezing and mincing cilantro and dill, mincing chicken meat, boiling rice up to double increase in mass and mincing it, mixing the above components with bone broth, table salt, and CO2-extracts of black pepper and peppermint and CO2-extract of Pythium, Saprolegnia or Mortierella micromitset biomass, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
EFFECT: canned food for space feeding is of higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
