SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food for cosmic nutrition due to cutting, roasting in melted butter and reducing hen meat upon a chopper, cutting, roasting in melted butter and reducing onions upon a chopper, freezing and reducing kidney beans and the greens upon a chopper followed by mixing the above-mentioned components with wheat flour, bone broth, tomato paste, common salt and a CO2-extract of the preset micromycete type biomass. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
