FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared, meat is cut, fried in melted butter and ground in mincer, onions are cut, browned in melted butter and ground in mincer, string beans and basil are frozen and ground in mincer. The above components are mixed with soy sauce, bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of preset type of micromycete and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
