FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food for cosmic nutrition. Turkey meat ad pork should be cut, roasted in melted butter and reduced upon a chopper. Onions should be cut, fried in melted butter and reduced upon a chopper. Garlic should be blanched and reduced upon a chopper. The kernels of walnuts should be reduced upon a chopper. Fresh grains of green peas should be frozen and reduced upon a chopper. The components mentioned should be mixed at with bone broth, tomato paste, citric acid, common salt and CO2-extracts of the preset micromycete type biomass, hot black pepper and red pepper. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilized. The suggested canned food for cosmic nutrition is of increased digestibility.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
