FIELD: medicine, radiation therapy.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating psoriasis, neurodermitis, professional dermatosis and mycosis. After the intake of psoralens a patient's skin should be irradiated with focused bundle of radiation at wave length ranged 320-350 nm at a spot's area not exceeding 0.5-1.5 sq. mm in fixed points, at radiation dosage ranged 6-10 J/sq. cm, in equal spaces of time for 2-3 h, and in 48-72 h one should fix the appeared point PUVA-erythemas, the first corresponds to the time of psoralens appearance in a patient's skin. The innovation enables to detect time interval between the intake of psoralens and the onset of ultraviolet irradiation in practical medicine.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection.
