FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: photosensitizer is applied to the skin lesions. After photosensitizer application, needling therapy of the lesion is performed. The interval between ultraviolet irradiation and needling therapy is no more than 4 minutes. The foci are exposed to narrow-band ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 311 nm. The course of treatment is 10-20 procedures conducted once in 2 days in the first week, once in 3 days in the second, and once in 5-6 days in the following weeks.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the therapeutic efficiency, shorten the treatment time and reduce side effects due to complex exposure.
