SUBSTANCE: one should apply a proportional cover-plate with the upper and the lower moving cross-beams onto external surface of greater trochanter. After their adaptation it is necessary to fix them with screws to longitudinal plate and bone. At the ends of cross-beams there area foramens for introducing compressing screws-rods into the bones that form cotyloid cavity. Depending upon indications it is important to introduce the fifth - the upper rod into iliac body. As a result, it is possible to achieve extrafocal resistant osteosynthesis without traumatizing trabecular bone of collum and caput femoris.
