SUBSTANCE: invention relates to using a combination consisting of at least one species of probiotic lactic acid microorganisms or their cultural fluid and at least one species of yeast taken in doses providing the effective photoprotection of skin. The combination comprises a carrier useful for its oral using wherein this composition is designated for oral administration for protection of skin against solar radiation and relieve or prophylaxis of all cutaneous diseases caused by effect of solar radiation. Using the proposed combination provides preparing the composition displaying the enhanced photoprotective effect. The claimed combination provides the positive effect in skin and skin color protection that helps reducing effect of stress on skin caused by solar radiation.
