EFFECT: probiotics inactivated by the declared method have shown a decrease of pro-inflammatory/anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-12/IL-10) ratio in relation to probiotics or living microorganisms subject to 20-min inactivation, ie their anti-inflammatory effect in the composition has appeared to increase.
