FIELD: power industry; food-processing industry; other industries; production of the mixers-homogenizers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the processes of mixing and may be used in power industry and the food-processing industry. The mixer-homogenizer contains the cylindrical body with the working medium inlet and outlet fitting pipes. In the body there are mounted the head with the nozzle channels and the mixing chamber with the dispergator. The dispergator is installed on the internal side surface of the mixing chamber at the distance of 10-20 fixed gages of the nozzle channel from the head and is made in the form of the closed profiled ring with the chamfered end to the side of the head. The technical result of the invention consists in the rise of the degree of dispergation of the working medium and reliability of the mixer-homogenizer operation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased degree of dispergation of the working medium and reliability of the mixer-homogenizer operation.
