FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for recirculation of alcohol-containing liquid in a device, containing container equipped by recirculating gabarit. During recirculation liquid is warmed up, after that exposed to dispersion and homogenisation in steam-cavitational mode. Container is blow through by neutral gas. After the treatment before supply according to the technological assignment liquid is cooled down. Device contains container connected to recirculating gabarit, divided by baffle with tubes for roulade of treated liquid or container without baffle or two containers. In each version of device there is a recirculating gabarit which contains intake nipple for treated alcohol-containing liquid from container and consistently connected to each other pump, first heat exchanger and jet apparatus. Container in every device version is equipped with input nipple for neutral gas and output nipple for neutral gas and admixtures. It is also equipped with output line for treated alcohol-containing liquid including the second heat exchanger.
EFFECT: improved organoletical characteristics of alcohol-containing liquids.
